I only worked with Brandon for a couple lessons but having a guy that has competed at the D1 level for 5 years to talk to and try and pick his brain is unbelievable.  Brandon has so much knowledge about all aspects of the game.  I highly recommend baseball players of any age to contact Brandon to improve both your mental and physical parts of the game.  Brandon is definitely one of the more knowledgeable guys in the area for sure. 

 

I began bringing my 12-year old son to Brandon in the winter prior to his spring season to work on pitching and hitting.

As a pitcher, the results far exceeded my expectations. At the Little League level, my son went from an above average pitcher to a dominant one, culminating in a 13-strikeout, no-hit victory in his final start in the championship round and a subsequent spot as an All-Star starter.  At the AAU level, he’s earned a starting rotation spot for his 13U team and has developed into a reliable and confident strike-thrower with an arsenal of pitches that continues to grow. In addition to focusing on fundamentals and mechanics, Brandon is teaching my son how to approach the game strategically. In short, he’s learning how to be a pitcher; not just how to throw pitches.

As a hitter, my son had a no-stride, pull-everything approach that worked well in Little League but was not going to be conducive to long-term success, especially on the big diamond against better competition. Brandon remade his swing and although it was difficult at first, especially when the results were not immediate, he stuck with him and mentored him on the importance of having a more fundamentally sound approach at the plate. After months of hard work, my son is now making consistent hard contact and driving the ball to all parts of the field.  His confidence and aggressiveness have also improved dramatically. ​

Brandon’s approach to coaching is supportive and positive while also demanding focus and maximum effort. Given how far my son has come in less than a year, I look forward to what the results might be two or three years down the road. If you’re looking to improve as a baseball player and are willing to put in the effort, I can’t recommend Brandon highly enough.

I've been working with Brandon for close to a year now and have seen major improvement in my performance over the past seasons! He has completely helped me with my weak spots in my game, on both pitching and hitting, which has allowed me to grow as a player over the last year.  He has also helped me with college recruitment, and preparing for the next level and he knows what he's doing.  I can't thank him enough for all his time, dedication and patience to help improve me and my game.   Ben Martin 

We have so enjoyed working with Brandon this year.  He is a great coach and has a very calm approach to how he handles our son.  He has helped our son overcome some difficult areas and really helped his confidence to grow as a player.  We see such a difference in our son in both pitching and hitting.
