For the last 20 years, Mark as coached and instructed a number of top college players in some of the countries' finest baseball leagues. A native of West Haven, CT he is a highly motivated and skilled instructor with the expertise to train and develop athletes to reach their potential as players and individuals. To date Mark has coached over a hundred players that have gone onto professional baseball. From 2000 to 2014 Mark owned and operated Strike Zone Baseball Facility located in North Branford. During this time, he held numerous college level coaching positions starting in 2003-2005 where he was the hitting coach at University of Bridgeport. 2003-2006 and 2008 he participated in the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) as hitting coach for the Middletown Giants and the Manchester Silkworms. Mark also coached on the staff of the three NECBL All-Star Teams. In 2005, he was head coach of Old Saybrook High School, the team finished 18-2 and advanced to the state tournament. In 2007 while hitting coach at Eastern Connecticut State University the team finished the season with a .326 team average and won the NCAA Regional Tournament and advanced to the College World Series.  In 2008, he was the hitting coach with Division 1 Iona College located in New Rochelle, NY.  From 2008-2010 he was the hitting coach for Division 1 Fordham University in NY.  In 2010 the team when on to defeat 11th ranked  University of Miami and advance to the Atlantic 10 Tournament.  2015 to present Mark has been with Team Connecticut coaching in multiple rolls.
