Dan has been the primary instructor at the Connecticut Baseball Academy since its inaugural year in 1994. He is the Director of Baseball Operations and player development as well as the director of the Baseball Academy's Advanced Hitting and Advanced Catching programs. Dan is also the 15u thru 18u Director for Team Connecticut Baseball (TCB). As a head coach, Dan has compiled a .744 winning percentage and has compiled over 700 wins while seeing his teams finish in the Top Ten 11 times including three National Championships in 1999, 2014 and 2015. Dan has been proud member of the A.B.C.A (American Baseball Coaches Association) since 1996. He is also a supporter of USA Baseball and the WWP (Wounded Warrior Project). Kennedy played professionally in the Chicago Cubs, Baltimore Orioles, and Boston Red Sox organizations.
